Feast

This year's Lysts at Castleton feast is being sponsored by the Ansteorran Longship Company, under the expert direction of Lady Elizabeta Maria dei Medici (Lady Maria).

• Italian Style Gespacho
• Baby Spring Mix salad with Italian, Thousand Island or Oil and Vinegar Dressings
• Mixed Bread Basket with Whipped Butters (plain, herb, and honey)
• Glazed Carrots
• Zucchini Gerry (zucchini sauteed with Tomatos, garlic, basil and olive oil)
• Rice Italiano (Rice cooked in chicken broth with basil and oregano)
• Spizzade (Italian Chicken stew in tomato sauce with veggies)
• Homemade Pizzelles with Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding and Whipped Cream
